  RODANO vs. ITALIA (RISTORANTE TRE GALLI TORINO): Degustato alla cieca. Moquette con prugne incastonate!
  In bocca l' acidità sostenuta non riesce a imbrigliare le palate di datteri e prugne e il residuo zuccherino che rendono il vino talmente masticabile da risultare quasi spalmabile. Tannino elastico, esteso e melmoso.
  Finale amaro, da terziarizzazione boschiva.
  Vino alcolico, di difficile abbinamento culinario, pesante e poco scorrevole.
  Forse l' unico modo per riuscire a berne un bicchiere intero è quello di provare a temperatura di frigorifero!

  Crazy viscous purple black juice. Legs remain on the side of the glass for 20 minutes. Huge blast of oak on opening, that fortunately blew off after 15 minutes. Blackberry liqueur that is tempered with mocha, mineral, liquorice, violets and herbs on the nose. Surprisingly coherent over the palate, with good acidity and very interesting finish, the alcohol masked by a good dose of residual sugar. Needs rich food. Ultimately became cloying. Not my cup of tea, but still quite good. You'll still be ok if you wait 50 years to open the next bottle...

  colore quasi nero china, alcolico e tostissimo, bocca un po' migliore anche se troppo stucchevole. Non è fatto male ma è un vino estremo.
