  Traditional in style and dark in character, but balanced, elegant & complex. Red fruits and flowers on the nose lead the way to a mildly spicy red fruit, plum & cherry treat. Red meat and aged cheese will work well in combination. While it’s quite drinkable now, the wine’s mischievous character can be explained by its need to mature a bit. So decant it. Or wait for its braces to come off.
