Dinner at MingHin (Chicago, IL): From magnum. Incredible honey and fruit notes on the nose. Clearly ripe, but not overdone at all. The palate is clearly sweet, and while the acidity is present, it is not screaming at you either. Lots and lots of peach -- as I joked, the selection massale that happened in the vineyard must've included the peach tree's fruit as well. Clean and rich, but elegant with the classic weightlessness.

Excellent Auslese, tropical fruit, unctuous texture with high acidity balancing it and making a delectable and refreshing sweet wine.
