This wine is not as big and bold as other bordeaux I've fallen in love with in the past. It does possess the enjoyable complexities of smell and flavor that most appreciate in these blends. The tannins were mellow and balanced with the berry fruit in this wine. Nothing really jumps out of this wine but it was still wonderful to enjoy while on a camping trip in Rocky Mtn Ntl Park.
