I had the same impression of this wine as well. Color is very dark, almost a walnut. The lack of acid leads to heavy and syrupy wine. Sheesh, no tasting notes? OK, well, let me be the first and maybe only one ever to write up this wine. If you have one, drink it. For me, it tasted like maple syrup and liquid brown sugar in a dark bronze appearance with no acidity. Not to my liking but I also don't drink much dessert wine and I yearn for acidity so there you go.
