South African wines: Such a strong and stern tannic backbone of Cabernet. Certainly more of a food wine, comparing to '91 Paul Sauer. Somewhere in between the style with its 13% alc, but signifficant presence.

Well balanced, pronounced nose:
Primary (minimal): cherry, red plum
Secondary: cedar, cinnamon, spice
Tertiary (dominant): earth, leather, tobacco, faint forest floor
Drink now, not suitable for further ageing

A bit earthy for me, otherwise well integrated and balanced Bordeaux blend. My wife loved it.
