Purchased off the wine list at Pasteur for $75. Gold color. Flavors and aromas of roasted apricots, carmelized pears, and marzipan. Impressive viscous but juicy mouthfeel, with a smooth finish. Paired well with my Vietnamese-spiced pork-filled calamari dish. Drink up.
