Drank from Magnum. Opened for 2 days. The nose was somewhat quite reductive and reticent upon the first pour. After some time, lemons, stone fruit and stony minerals started to show through. There were floral and slightly buttery aspects. Most of the fruit seem to be fading quite quickly over the course of 2 glasses. Through all this, the acidity shone the brightest with a focused spine of acid throughout the whole wine. If tasted blind, I would have thought it was much younger. An interesting wine to taste but would think that 2 days before, the fruit would have been more alive.

Domaine Ponsot Dinner with Laurent Ponsot and Danny Haas @ Cityzen (Cityzen): Reductive nose, all three Monts Luisants had this in common, somewhere between clos rougeard and Chave hermitage blanc with a hint of Chateau Chalon. Smoke, Ash, lemon tart, lime stone, sea breeze, yellow fruit in the nose. Nice concentration with bright acidty. Laurent thought that this wine showed the youngest out of three but I thought the 03 showed the youngest. The flavore profile changed alot over the dinner and got fresher with about an hour of air.

50th Birthday Celebration Dinner with Wine (Hughes House - Chicago IL): Popped and poured. Very dark color, very past its peak aromas and flavors. Revisited an hour later with worse results.
