{cork, 14%} Perfectly-sealing if somewhat spongy cork. No ullage, not decanted. Some bricking to the colour. Classic old Barossa nose;leather, chocolate, black fruit, hint of volatility. Sweet oak spices on the palate, curranty but showing plenty of the generous shiraz fruit too. Softly dusty tannins, medium weight, medium length, even finish of medium length. Lacks real complexity, but is still a lovely mouthful. But ready to drink. Cab, merlot, shiraz and Malbec in 56/20/14/10 split.

Still drinking well although this bottle was tired. Some bricking, lots of sediment. Basically a prune and raisin bomb at this point, just a hint of acidity left, shorter finish. Drink up

Virkilega skemmtileg flaska.

Peter Lehman Masterclass (Bel & Brio, Barangaroo): Lovely, vanilla oak, blackcurrant, sweet spice, a little coconut, polished, ripe, toast. Fruit forward with plenty of alcohol and oak. A little gentle tannic burr. Long broad and some leathery notes joining here. Quite old school Aussie Cab Sav.

Dark red colour; little/no bricking. Obvious oak significantly toned down, nevertheless giving cocoa, vanilla, sandalwood notes. Red, sweetish fruit. Plush & polished mid-weight texture. Drink up
