  • Popped and slow-oxed for 3 hours.

Light ruby color with some light amber at the rim. Full aromas of dark cherry, tar and roses with some hints of licorice. Following trough full bodied with silky smooth tannins, lots of fresh acidity and dark cherry. A very long, slightly spicy, finish.
This a classic bottle of aged Nebbiolo. Very balanced and refined, and still vibrant. I assume that this bottle is at its peak for some time now. But it will definetly hold for 5-10 more years. Drink now - 2015.

I received this bottle as a gift from my MT on an off-site I organized. They couldn't have been more spot-on regarding my wine preferences. This is by far the best 'gift bottle' I've ever had!
