00629/3338. PnP so obviously a lot less open than the previous bottle, which got eight hours of air. But what a super palate, so detailed with tremendous energy and substance embedded. Linear flavor bomb. 94-95+

00759/3338. Savory, sweet fruit, ethereal spice, sandalwood, roasted meat, pepper, creamy nose. Resolved, super detailed with a firm linear energy. Composed pinching spice filling the whole palate. Really packed, almost GC weight, simply great from the gift of vintage. 95+

fantastic, and if it’s not still on the way up it’s just hitting it’s plateau where I think it will stay and evolve for a very long time. Still mostly primary, the intensity and energy are captivating. It’s like having fresh picked ripe cherries bursting in your mouth. Better than I remember

Fantastic spice, fresh pure red and black fruit. So much energy. This is Pommard?? This wine has no business being this good.

Firm cherry with notes of earth and rusticity. Packed with substance, very supple. Clear step up of most other Pommard.
