Drinking surprisingly well and our group was impressed. Can’t wait to try the 1999 AR.PE.PE. Valtellina Superiore - Sassella Riserva Vigna Regina.

Not much structure. Did a triple decant which was too much over time. A PNP should be sufficient.

Great wine once it opened up after an hour decant. Lots of sediment. Used a coffee filter. Wish I had more.

I found it to be a little tight, tart and acidic for my liking. Perhaps it will evolve and put on some weight in time.

Very nice and drinking like I would expect from the region and vintage year. Wish I had more. Don't see a lot of improvement but it still has time.

Maybe down the road. Meat, game and prune like flavors. Not my favorite style at this point. Wish I had tried it over 2-3 days. A bit more fruit forward and pungent than I care for but still has some nice qualities. .

Very good value with aging potential. Plenty of tannin I softened up with a 2.5 minute decant in the iSommelier. Nice slightly brown color with tart cherry flavors and hints of liquor. I was torn between 92-93 points and 92.5 isn't an option but perhaps a 93 on the next one in a few years. Too bad I only bought 2 but at least 1 remains.

Bummer corked!!! Consequently I can't offer an opinion. Was so looking forward to tasting this wine particularly after the reviews. I purchased a few bottles from Belmont Wine Exchange and hopefully they will make it right.

They gave me full credit for the bottle. I have another bottle I purchased from Belmont but from a different source. I will update once I have tried it.

The wine was over the top and lacked any character. It's was void of fruit, flavor, tannins and acidity. Hopefully others will share a better experience.

Extremely tight upon opening and I was concerned that I might have pulled the trigger too early. The tannins were strong and got a lot a lot of leather, burnt toast and bitter cherries. After 1.5 hours it had softened up and after to 2 it was drinking great. The fruit tasted ripe and lush. Glad I got a case of it.

Excellent QPR for this juice. Hard to find a Cab of this quality for $30. It is rich, powerful and offers good depth.

Not ripe, green and slightly bitter. Reminds me more of a Pinot from Argentina. Did not get much fruit profile at all. Perhaps in due time it will improve.

A little thin lacking much fruit flavor. Should improve in time. Was hoping for something a bit more robust.

Tasted via the coravin. Very young and in the floral stage. Should mature into deeper, richer flavors over time. Very tart and lots of berry flavors with a great nose. Can't wait to taste in a few more years. Fortunately for the coraving, I can sample year after year.

Catching some blackberry on the nose. Also hints of liquorish and leather. Love the smokey flavor along with the mineral taste. Wine is medium bodied and not overly complex. Interested in sampling over time via the coravin.
