Tasting Notes for Jasonr1023

Had with Sierra and Kevin.
95pts Sierra. Had with very rare ribeye, potato, corn on cob.

Sat upright on counter for 3 wks, careful to pour and avoid sediment. Decanted 30min.

Sierra (my wife) loved the wine! One of her favorites!

The potential is there, but the wine is extremely tight, even after a 5hr aggressive decanting.
I'd wait until 2023-2028 before opening another bottle.
