After an hour or so it opened up a bit but remained fairly flat and one dimensional. I'd suggest a long decant to any one partaking what is normal a great wine...

Very disjointed on night 1 but came together night 2 to be a solid, if not memorable bottle. From memory, it was better on the palate than the nose. Light smoke and vanilla on the nose obscured the fruit. 86 night 1 and 89 night 2.
