Definitely time to drink this one. Very solid wine and doesn't show any of the over the top green pepper characteristics as many of the other Napa '11's.

Great after being opened 2 days. Still needs some time.

Either really closed or just not a good wine. Missing any depth. Very light and just not enjoyable.

Better than a lot of '11's. Not big green pepper like most of the Napa 11's. Very drinkable. Much better than I was expecting.

Drinkable, nothing special. Already fading. Drink it soon.

Still pretty young. Another 2 years will help.

At the end of its improvement cycle. Time to drink up if you still have it.

One if the better Napa 11's. Hall has done a great job with a bad vintage. Drink by early 2020's

Where are you, wine? This is either the most closed wine I've ever had or one of the more tasteless. Left open for 5+ hours and never developed. Beautiful color but no nose or taste. Seeing other reviews that say to open mid 2020's. I'm hoping that's the case.

May be in its prime. Drinking great right now. Has really settled down from the first bottle I had at release. Balanced. Very nice.

Needs at least another 5 years. Drank after an hour of decanting and wasn't even starting to open up. Great now and will be even better after resting.

Good wine but not a long term one. I think this is drinking well right now and go ahead and drink the 11's. The Halls haven't had the overwhelming green pepper / vegetal tones that others have had in this vintage.

Needs to stay down for a bit. Try again after 2018

Still has some life left in it, improved about an hour after opening. Seemed to firm up a bit as we pretty thin when opened. Still good color and lots of fruit, but still have some life left in it. Don't rush to drink it.

Hard to rate, took to a party and was tasted in plastic cups. Need to redo with real glasses.

Similar to most 2011's, lots of vegetation notes. Green pepper though a little more balanced than some other wineries. This isn't a 30 year Carter, but probably drink nicely through 2020.

Was great after 3 hours in the decanter. Lasted another 4 or so then started to really mellow.

Very green. Almost overwhelming green pepper. Some fruit finally came through, but not a great Far Niente

Very musty upon opening, originally thought it might be corked. Decanted for over an hour and let rest and glad I did. Turned out to be a great wine with lots of life left. I can't imagine this improving any further with age, but likely will drink well for another 5 - 7 years.

Time to drink this one up. Showed significant deterioration from 2 years ago. Still a good wine, but drink it up in the next year.

Light, a bit disappointing. Doubt this will hold up very well. Not the same complexity and richness as in previous vintages.

This one needs a while. Was so tight at opening that it felt like if drew all the moisture out of my mouth. After about an hour, finally started to get some vanilla flavor followed by berry and cedar. I'd let this one set for a while or decant at least an hour before drinking. Once opened, was a nice wine. Another solid wine from Hall.

Doing well, but still needs time to open up. It's got a number of years left. Leave it if you can.

Really nice Syrah. Good balance even at opening. Just got better the longer it was opened. Makes me want to try more Syrah.
