Drinking well at this time. Rich with fruit and touch of raisin. Tannins are fine but with grip.
Paired with a rustic eggplant parm and veal chops on the grille.

New world Bordeaux. Better in another year, but not for long aging based on my experience with this winemaker.

Pure, lean and balanced. I think this will improve with some bottle age and integration of the wood.
Tightly wound at this time. This bottling has a lot to give. Next time more air.
Took this from cocktails (swiss cheese) thru dinner baked cod and then incredibly delicious with an almond coconut torte after dinner.

Rich and viscous. Honey and nuts. Flowers. Kept evolving in glass. Did not want to put it down. Herbed Asparagus Fettuccini and baked cod with Panko. Finished with Lula's dark chocolate caramels. No hurry on this it will only become more integrated with layers in a couple of years.
