Dry, string tannin, floral, leather, tar, strawberry. Really improved over a few hours, Leary a glass for 11pm, much more fragrant, much more fruit, lots of dry tannin.

Going to leave the other bottle a few years, and decant 4hrs+

Returned at 11 (forgot)more fragrant, floral, leather, drier tannins.

this needs time to breathe, the 4hr+ wasnt quite enough
