Classic Gentry-Chambertin Burgundy with medium body, soft and silky tannin, ripe strawberries, raspberries and red cherries, rose, balanced hints of vanilla from French Oak. Very pleasant, drink now but can also age for a couple years.
White - Sweet/Dessert
Vidal blanc, similar to late harvest with notes of honey, lychee, pineapple, papaya and raisin.
Red
95% merlot and 5% Cabernet franc, notes of black cherry, plum, blackberry, tobacco leaf, cedar, cinnamon, clove, baking spice, vanilla. Jean-Luc’s value wine

Surprisingly aromatic and definitely on the sweeter side. Blend of Chardonnay / Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc. Semillon dominates the nose, almost smells like Sauternes. Nose: Raisin, pear, yellow apple, yellow flower, Meyer lemon. Taste: short finish though.
