Decanted ~3 hours. Felt like a very young wine that needs more time in bottle. Dark ruby, on 👃 cashews, dried prunes, new bovine material, wet forest floor. On 👅, full milky structure, ripe raspberries & walnuts, strong frontal grip tannins, long finish with medium to high burn on throat. Delish now but this should improve in bottle.

~4 hours decanted. Dark ruby, on 👃 new bovine belt, dried prunes, cashews. Light structure, fruit tilting nectarines, prunes & oranges, medium tannins, long finish, light alcohol on throat. This is still very young.

I've tried 2 bottles from an OWC, and this wine feels very young still. You need 4-5 hours of decanting to let it open up. On 👃 ripe raspberries, almonds, walnut, some cigar box, some leather. Balanced taste of walnuts & muted ripe raspberries , light throat burn, short taste. This bottle should improve with more time.

Light yellow, on 👃 fresh lemon zest, cashews, bananas (inside), light seashell (shell of oyster), lilacs. Very dry, super acidic, strong lemon & prune with long delicious finish.

Deep purple, long slow legs, on 👃 red fruit forward wet raspberries, walnuts, worn out bovine leather, ground pepper, flint. Very dry, light/medium body, tight frontal tannins, raspberries , cherries and walnuts with short finish and medium throat burn. This feels quite young still; wait longer.

(Update: as wine opened up, more earthy notes came out — cigar box, more aromatic peppercorns)

Felt a bit tight even after a long decant but aromatic and delicious now.

Decanted about half an hour. Dark purple, medium speed legs, on 👃 balanced earthy & fruits — wet forest floor, cinnamon, cigar box, blackberries, vanilla. Dry, blackberries & nectarines, medium/full body texture, grippy tannins, medium burn on throat. A young wine but good to drink now.

As wine opens up, fragrance evolved even more beautifully with lilacs, pines, wood, leather.

Medium dry, full milky structure, strong frontal tannins, light burn on throat, leathery raspberries. Amazing now to stick your nose into the glass, and drink.

This wine has a complex beautiful aroma right after opening. Decanted 2 hours. Medium ruby, long slow legs, on 👃 plum cherries, light graphite, pencil sharpening, lilacs, wet forest floor. Dry, fairly milky structure, nectarine, cherries, medium frontal tannins, with a slight burn on throat. Beautiful to smell and drink now but can integrate more in bottle I suppose.
