Drank after decanting for 4 hours Christmas dinner. Tasted by 6 - thin, no where near the finish described, not much nose besides the high floral notes, no where near the 60 second finish. Thin. Closed but not tannic? Very disappointing - will wait another year at least to see if it changes character, if not it will be a great gift to give away. I feel sorry for the unsuspecting who open it now. Much coser to the IWC rating than the obviously absurd RP rating....

Not a typical Grenache, would never have identified it. That being said, an awesome bottle with great complexity of dark fruit, spice and a long finish. Will buy more.

Right with Parker on this one, lush honeysuckle, cotton candy, rich flavors with bright acid too - a winner.

Might be a bit closed down at the moment, light fruit on the front, I agree on the cranberry, some real finesse, not a typical Glaetzer. I will try again in a couple of years...

Mineral, grass, black pepper on the nose; stewed tomatoes, black fruit, followed by long but strong tannic finish - big, complex wine but not a fruit bomb. Wish I hd another bottle to try in10 years... 93 now

Very well balanced pinot, not as conentrated as many Hobbs pinots, but not hard or too tannic either. Lovely cherry and deeper flavors. Drinking well now, opened up nicely over 2 hours.

Decanted 4 hours, a bit closed dow upon first opening, opened up for a very Hobbsian concentrated but well balanced effort. Balance was the word for me, soft tanins, long finish, drinking very well now.

Very good structure will allow this wine to age. Good balance, not at all hot for 15.8% alcohol. Mineral, charcoal, green pepper. A terroir-driven syrah with excellent balance. Better second day.
