Drank from 15L big format bottle roughly 20 bottles. Condition is pristine and pronounced nose with notes of mushroom, ripe red and black fruits, toast, spices and earthy. Medium tannin and medium acidity. Enjoyable to drink from big format, not sure if standard bottle will still be as good?

Wow, sirprize of the night, the wine is not tired at all, lots of dark fruit, earthy notes, wet forest floor, pine and beet root. Very characterful. 94+

The bottle was in perfect condition. The wine was medium ruby in colour, turning garnet at the edges, and offered a classic, mature Médoc nose of some red and dark fruit, blackberry, vegetables, leather, tobacco, mushroom and pencil shaving. On the palate the wine showed some red and dark fruit, blackberry, tobacco, spices and graphite, with lively, medium-plus acidity, well-integrated, medium-plus tannin, a smooth mouthfeel and very good length. This mature, medium-bodied Bordeaux has aged very well and is in a good place now. It turned very slightly drying on the end, so I would drink now.
