  Really enjoyed this. The wine looks amber colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like honey, almond and apricot. It tastes like marmalade, honey, almond, apricot and lemon. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium/high acidity.

  I really wanted to love this but just couldn't. Typical Coutet marmalade was present but overall rather dull and smothered by an unordinary gasoline note. Not great.

  Partially consumed in the apple and fig compote that accompanied the pan seared fois gras with which it was served. Beautiful golden color, with hints of apricot and grapefruit in the nose, medium body with lesser viscosity, and a long fish. Excellent.
