Seems plusher than other Coutet I’ve had in the past, a bit rounder and without the distinct electric cut. Less mineral as well, though it is extremely botriyized. Not as interesting as other vintages I've tried, although it is hedonic

Half of a 750ml bottle dispensed by Coravin. Aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, bees wax, cardamom, nutmeg and orange marmalade. Apricot, orange marmalade, lemon peel, cardamom and nutmeg on the palate. Very long finish. Nice acidic balance. Served with peach pie and whipped cream.

Popped the cork on a previously coravined bottle for Gabriel and Linda at the end of our night. We finished it! Orange marmalade and a bit of honey and apricot. It's precise, smooth, not overly sweet or cloying or thick on the palate. Just a light and delicious way to end an evening with good friends!

Lite väl söt, fortfarande väldigt ung. Vacker honungsstruktur, persikor och Lonicera.
Lätt att förälska sig i, men kommer rikligen belöna dem med mer tålamod än jag har utrymme…
