Amber color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of nuts, anise and sorghum. Flavors of honey, almonds and caramel. Medium to bright acidity, medium body. Drink now.

Customer Favorites and Valentine's Wines (Farpointe Cellar): The nose had a lovely dried apricot and toffee aroma. At the end was some nuttiness and figs. The palate had a wonderful buttered toffee flavor. It also had coffee, figs, and a nutty finish.

Chianti (Waterford Wine Co., Milwaukee): almonds, almonds, almonds. toffee, toffee, toffee. quite sweet, but well balanced with proper acid. i say lay it down and see what it becomes. this didn't quite have the time to open up that the other wines did.
