  10 years after Riesling tasting - 2014 (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Glass: Gabriel Universal
  Bottle opened ~10h before the tasting. Clear, pale golden color. Fine, muted nose, some medicinal notes. Salty, deep, fine fruit, rather high alcohol. Very young. Not as energetic and exciting as I hoped for. Probably in a decade this will develop. 92-93

  Light golden yellow
  Pungent, squeaky clean aromas with some ginger and a hint of petrol.
  Bright clean fruit gushing with acidity and bone dry.
  Lovely now, but begging for time

  High acidity and extremely complex wine. This wine is has primary flavors and super young but so much promise for the future. Super concentrated. Will hold next bottle for 5 years and the next one after drink in 10.

  Gold color. Mineral, herb, smoke on the nose. Powerful balance of acid and fruit. White pepper, citrus zest.

  Riesling tasting
  Medium gold color
  This was a total chameleon in the glass tonight, changing every five minutes
  Initially dominated by diesel aromas, then beautiful fruit/ herbs, then to an interesting pine/ cedar/ soapy aroma, not to mention everything in between
  Fantastic minerality remained throughout
  Intense palate - mouthfilling fruit and acidity - primarily citrus and unripe stonefruit
  This was fantastic - Couldnt take formal notes, but not sure they would have been very helpful anyway as this wine was transcendent
  This will improve with 5-10 yrs in the cellar
