Hanzell Dinner at Heirloom Cafe: Plenty of bing cherry fruit, earth, and mushroom on the steaming, smoky bouquet which danced with hints of orange rind, marshmallow, iron, and baking spices; flavors of bing cherry, lemon-lime, spiced sausage, and dark musty cola; all made possible by a structure of astutely balanced acid and tannins.
