En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Seven (Bordeaux): medium minus intensity aromas of gooseberry, fresh grass, a little almost lemongrass note, touches of green apple, sweet spice and polished oak as well as a little almost yeasty note. Interesting nose. Juicy green apple with a slight apple skin bitterness, smidge of non-intrusive alcohol warmth, textured rasp is slightly drying on the mid palate. Disappointing palate after the nose.
