Corton Night (Part 2): Bottle breathe from 3:30pm, and served at 8:15pm (4hr 45min). It shows elegance nose with flower, the palate is full body, with loads of fruits, spice and good structure and complexity. It was fully opened at 9:10pm (around 1 hour in the glass). The wine is matured, fully integrated, complex with spice, flower and cherry. Medium finishing. This wine should have good life ahead.

(Bonneau du Martray Corton) From magnum. Deep colour. High tones over a base of raisins and dried red fruit on the nose. A really nice core of concentrated fruit on the palate pushed long into the finish by first-class '93 acidity. The grainy tannins don't have the sophistication of the recent wines, but this is certainly a very enjoyable finale and still a very young wine in this format.
