I did notice that the acidity levels were not as voracious as the '04 (though perhaps this is merely due to age of the wine, and the time it has had to soften out). There is no denying that the exoticisim of the flavours and aromas are unlike any other wine, but at the same time it is also not the most complex or intriguing wine I have ever tasted.
