Only needs an hour after opening to be ready. just delicious. Enjoyed with some Roquefort cheese but would pair with steak, burgers or roast beef. |

Developing a waxy silky texture it remained savoury, but also had a little minerality on a lingering dry finish. A fine-boned structure demonstrated perfect weight and balance. Very clearly a sauvignon blanc but now with the added bonus of a wooden foundation (there is about 1/3 barrique involved): this works wonderfully well because it is so crisp and persistent. I love this wine! |

Sand and gravel soils. 50 acres, HD 4050 vines per acre. 14 months in French oak. Deep ruby to purple, complex nose, cherry, fresh and loaded with flavors, full bodied yet refined, blackberries, oak, dark cherry, cloves, lovely tannins, long finish. One of my favorites. |
