  Decanted for 30 min.
  Dark ruby color with moderate+ concentration, pink rim and some light staining to the tears.
  Not a terribly expressive nose but there is some soy sauce/glaze, beef jerky, tobacco, black cherry n plum, turned earth also. After an hr plus there’s some dead leaves and a light poopy funk.
  Structure is med+ across the board

  From glass. Cool dark fruit, hints of bramble and peppery spice, firm acidity and mild tannins. Very nice CdR.

  Medium ruby, peppers, black plums, black cherries, cherry jam, vanilla, cream, rich fruit flavor, strong acidity, tight and concentrated body.

  This is solid overall with rustic in nature. Forest floor, cherry, pepper, spices and earth. Medium finish and good acidity. Drink now to 2028.

  I think I need to add this one to my list of favorite go to’s. Not wanting to add wordiiness to all of these fine reviews, I will chime in to say dark fruit yet with acid and very fine tenants in a long finish. Bravo.
