Quite nice champagne from Diebolt even tough it should be a hard year in Champagne. I believe it is in good balance and alot of autolytic tones. Pleasent.
Gjær og brødbakst. Både lukt og smak mindre tiltalende og svakere konsentrasjon enn 2010 (drukket samtidig). Drukket for 6 mnd siden (i hvert fall).
Mature and expansive style, yellow apples, melon, bread.

Was as expected, briochy and buttery feel, men peel. Å nice Champagne, However not the length you and the acidic feel that Im used to from Diebolt.
