Light and transparent red color. Lovely floral aromas with ripe wild strawberries and cherries. Light weighted, with a fresh, tender and delicate mouth feeling. In a perfect state now.

A lovely rusty brown translucency. Raspberry with earthy notes. Smooth and delicious but held its own with a robust steak and a ripe Camembert. Not exceptionally complex but very enjoyable.

(at Sazanaka – Tokyo) More advanced than I would have predicted. The color was very light and shaded a bit brown at the rim. Nose was gorgeous with red flowers, some forest and great fruit that built nicely over the course of the evening. Good intensity on the palate though there was more herbaceousness than I typically like on the palate. Very nice and ready to go with air. (90)

Cherries and raspberry, pepper and some floral notes on the nose. Carries on in the mouth where some exotic spices meet. Bit sweet. For food.

Light but good balance. Red and dark berries but enough earth and pepper.
