Would recommend to drink within the next 3 years. Showing really well right now with a cognac like palate. Tasted in a blind flight of white burgundies and would not have guessed this to be a chablis. Finish was lasting and satisfying.

drunk with bbq prawns and monkfish- nice yellow lemon color and quite sweet floral nose. a fairly thick chablis in the mouth with flavors of candied fruit, a bit of lemon and cream. in general a good chablis but i think a bit flabby, it just didnt have the sharp corners i expect in a grand cru or at this price point. will see what time brings with this one

Wineflock - Chardonnay Shootout (Dennis'): Group #10, My #1 - Light yellow color. Nice medium balanced nose of mineral, seashell, and yellow fruit. Nice rich yellow fruit with mineral note continue on the palate. Nice and balanced. Another example of a big disconnect with the group - this showed clear breed and pedigree to me, but I guess the group was looking for more wood??

Big buxom and nutty with a hint of lard and a little greengage fruit. Quite voluptuous, nutty oak and ripe pear fruit. Acidic without being fresh. 2+
