  A magnificent Mas de Daumas Gassac vertical from the private cellars of Allard Jakobs (Restaurant Sinck, Amsterdam, NL): Single bottle. Just like the Blanc from 2004, this is on splendid form, soft and generous, elegant and Burgundian, gentle tannins, flowing and supple. At perfect peak.
