Love this wine! Classic left bank. Elegant but powerful. Minerally, well balanced. Light tannins medium body. Raspberry, black berry flavors with notes of slate

Deeply colored, indicating really nice concentration. Nose of violets, blackberries, cassis, cocoa/chocolate, plums, scorched earth, and truffles. Med-High acid and silky tannins albeit slightly drying due to youth.
Really pure, ripe fruit. A little bit of sediment. Nice sweetness on the finish. Can drink now, but likely ready in 1-2 years. Drank the whole bottle over 4 hours. Delicious!

Will try to buy Lagrange 18, 19, 20, and 22. Super nice at this price.

Deep dark purple with ruby rim Ripe plum, tobacco, currant on the nose. Nice dry, full-bodied wine with a hint of lime. Medium acidity and gripping tannins. Nice hint of ripe fruit balanced with its earthy core

Commanderie de Bordeaux: Chateau Lagrange with Mathieu Bordes (Paris Dining Club, Mpls, MN): Very dark red/purple color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. CS67/M28/PV5. 14.7% abv. Very young, volatile, some youthful green edges, pretty aggressive right now. Not ready, score reserved, impression once this shakes out some is maybe 92-93pt.
