Echo frijole. Lots of green fruit & woody overtones, nut & baking spice undertones. Finding some fig, apricot and saline in the finish. Plenty of complexity, drinking well now. Punches above its weight for qpr. If you’re looking for an interesting wine, definitely give this a try.

By the glass pour at Le Coucou last night. Fruit seems to have mellowed out (or simply shut down for now) with the age. Dominant note was almond / bitterness. Not unpleasant, but certainly distinct.

Bu au resto AVV Comme chez soi de Bromont avec les FOUDUVIN! Assez fin et délicat, se boit super bien. Citrons et craie avec un peu de fleurs et de noix. Pas très long mais sans accroc. Super bon.

Slopes are all north facing, field blend dominated by Clairette, then 11 (or so) other varietals. Organic production.
Medium plus nose shows nutty elements, cashew, white melon, deep lemon concentrate, yellow flowers. Palate is all kinds of fun, full bodied for white but has a lightness to it as well. Hints of melon, spice, nutty tones, plenty of other complexities. Finish adds some phenolic tones. Can't recommend this enough.
