Flowers, espresso, licorice and black cherries line the perfume. The palate is supple, creamy, and vibrant with touch of savory herbs and oak that accompanies the plums and dark cocoa-dusted cherries in the mid-palate and in the finish. Drink from 2027-2050.

UGC Bordeaux 2021, SF: Very good. This has a really nice, pretty, floral side. Good restrained fruit. A top choice and one of the better wines of the day.

UGC 2021 Bordeaux (Vibiana, Los Angeles, CA): The nose shows off a slightly rustic side as cedar, fresh leather, and some cigar wrapper notes are what hits first while leaning into tones of licorice, dark red cherries, cranberries, sour red fruits, and some liqueur tones. The Medium bodied feel is deft and balanced with crisp, medium acidity and silky, medium tannins. The mid-palate is a bit thin and lacking which detracts from the feel. If that can flesh out with age, then I can see this improving a fair bit.

UGC. I liked this, but I could notice the IBMP.

Quite dumb, relatively tannic, black fruit, slightly griottine-like. Plenty of sap, that's for sure - but difficult to score today.
