One of the best champagne at the price range. Oxidative nose. Medium to full body with baked apple, minerals and tarts. Good structure with medium + acidity. Awesome.

Dark straw, nice mousse. Lemony, yeasty mid-weight profile. Some appleskins, chalk, tart apple, some nuttiness. A bit high on the acidity. Not a new release on this bottle which I bought in 2011.
My bottle; opened at Roux. Generously endowed with fruit and biscuity flavors and showing some age, yet oddly tart on the finish. Good brunch wine.
i continue to admire this champagne
Nose - hazelnut, spring water, Mouth - complex, fennel, floral, overall slight vegetal. Intriguing and unusual
