Nose: maltose, sugar cane, mandarin peel, caramel, mushroom, strawberry
Notes: 12.5% ABV. Typical maltose and sugar cane nose that is usually present in vintaged Doms. Intense and with a long aftertaste, this without a doubt is a good Rose. After 2-3 hours of opening a wonderful nose of strawberries started to show and that was quite pleasant. However I do feel that this is good but not exceptional, although this bottle still has plenty of life ahead of it but I think there will be no problem consuming it now.

Salon Ficofi Paris walkabout tasting and dinner, no detailed tasting notes. From MAG. Great palate refresher after all the reds. Loved this for its s florality and plentitude.

200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Aperitiv wine. From MAG. Elegant, bready, beautiful aromas of red fruits and flowers. Krug style with generous vinousity and dosage turned into caramelized aromas.
