Give this a little air and it will yummify. Slight bricking. Opens up big time with open air (no decant). Fruits go slightly to the black side of the ledger. Great earthy aromatics. Now+5 years.

stillabit close fisted in wanting to give you the pleasure that it can and will give. Very complex with its almost sappy port like nose, black and dark red fruits merge with spice and dried herbs yielding to the purest of balance finishes. Masculine and elegant this is perfect for a Clos de Beze. Should drink well for 8 to 10 more years.

Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Tasted double blind. Mostly black fruit aromas, meaty, dense on plate with good minerality and textures, modest spice. Still very firm, this needs more cellar time.
