Lovely wine, decanted one hour: fine tannins, classic cigar box nose; plums, spice on palette. good length. surprisingly delicious.

Aromatic, complex and fragrant bouquet. There are layers of ripe blackcurrant, tobacco, fennel, dill, clove and dark chocolate on the nose and palate. Rich, fresh and deep mid-palate. Full-bodied with rounded edges and extended structure. Transition to the lingering finish is smooth and gradual. Ready to drink now without the need for decanting. This will continue to evolve for the next 5 years.
