  Decanted an hour or so before drinking. Cork broke. Slight signs of dried seepage under the capsule.
  Dark fruit (blackberry, cherry), earth, graphite, leather, slight cedar, nice spice, good acidity. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.

  Amazingly fresh and lively compared to the Rauzan Segla I had 2 years ago from the same vintage. This drank beautifully for a wine from a tough vintage. 1992 could have been a classic year, had it not been for the non-stop torrential rains from October 2 to October 6, right in the middle of the harvest. This made it the worse vintage to date. It is utterly suprising that this wine is not only drinkable but very enjoyable. It is a bit diluted but still, what a heroic effort. It left me speechless.

  but as from not so known medium - bad year
  THIS turns out a wonderful Margaux Wine with old school
  nice and fine aromas of rasin - sweet pepper - old tabacco
  and whateve r your phantasie is after ..
