  Tannin so silky and smooth. Dark fruit, meaty, smoke, game, spice, classically Roumier. Smaller in structure than other vintages but showing quality and drinking really well. 93

  Drinking with 97 Roumier Chambolle-Musigny, this one is more young and fresh.
  Ruby color with little bit orange touch. A ripe nose of purple fruits, red fruits jam. Aroma is getting more and more red with more aeration.
  Full body with velvet medium tannin, high acidity. Good structure, very high intensity but not deep enough and lack of complexity.
  Over all a very good village wine.

  Original case, breathed for 3 hours prior to serving. Ruby color, beautiful with a shine, so perfumed on the nose, immediately a ripe, big, and structured wine. Incredible intensity, sustained throughout mid-palate, just doesn’t stop, towards a luscious, sweet finish. On this occasion I prefer this even to the 00 Cras on the side. 94+
