This one needed some time to breathe but after 3 hours in the decanter it was drinking really beautifully. Long finish and a whole lot of liveliness on the palate.

Intriguing to me that the last not on this in tc was in Dec. 2012. I think several professional reviewers were more on target on this wine than A.G. But I also think it is a lesser vintage of this wine. Perhaps the lack of whole clusters contributes to this ... Don't recall but seems like usually some use of whole clusters ... And as a result it is bit less old than expected. But still, blueberry, minerals, and that distinct violet and spring flower sweetness.
