Wow. Smells almost like mature champagne. Apples, baked bread, sage, eucalyptus and loads of citrus. I think I caught this wine in it's perfect window. It had a beautiful mouth feel with still vibrant acidity and tart apple, lemony flavors and lots of weight. Really long 60 second plus finish that left me and my buddy I was drinking it with laughing....just so much better than we anticipated it would be. I know that I can source some more and I'm going to get a few more bottles to drink near term. YUM.

(Paul Pernot et ses Fils Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet) Medium golden yellow color; baked lemon, nutty nose; mature, nutty, hazelnut, tart baked lemon palate, at its peak; medium finish (unanimous WOTF and group's WOTN)
