  Deep ruby. Lifted, high acidity, fresh. A real bloody savage taste, dark cherry. cured meats, venison, medium length. Good but not outstanding.

  Delicate red berries, subtle dark spice, a lovely drink probably with years ahead.

  Nottingham Offline (Harts Restaurant, Nottingham): A slightly confected, gently lifted nose. Lovely palate with nice sweet fruit. Fairly direct and lacking any particular complexity, but very enjoyable.
