  Light garnet red with a brick rim. Funky, volatile smell on opening, blood and pepper aromas taking over with air. Medium full, barley any tannins left, fresh balanced acididy, mostly a tertiary syrah taste is all left in the wine in this retreating stage. A pleasant wine, and most interesting experience.
