  Another wine that was completely enhanced by ‘Audouzing’. Gorgeous aromatics of truffles and mushrooms with a hint of liquorice. Sweet and vinous in the mouth with a little blood and meat adding savoury nuance. It finishes with plenty of earth and still has bright acidity. Went beautifully with a dish of winter mushrooms and polenta.
