  BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): Rustic, hint of barnyard, black fruit, cherries, leather. Still very nice, not yet over its peak

  Surprisingly fruit forward. Almost jammy. Has acid and still a bit of tannin. But lacking structure. Overall disappointing

  Ripe blackberries and apricots, solidly tooth-gripping tannins, low-med acid. 13.5% Alc.
  A big rustic bruiser of a Burgundy, not super complex, but a tasty glass. Approachable now, and years of life to go.

  Big fruit, salt, dryish- decent, but I liked the 09’ Anne Gros pezerolles much better- fresher fruit, better balance.
